Ocean Coral Spring & Ocean Eden Bay invites experienced and eligible candidates to apply for the Baker position currently available.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Carry out, in a qualified and autonomous manner, the preparation and presentation of bread and pastries.
• Make preparations using raw materials to create high-quality baked goods.
• Prepare dough for use in the kitchen for the production of bakery items and pastries.
• Request and ensure the conservation of raw materials used in your work to maintain freshness and quality.
• Prepare and arrange bakery products for buffets, banquets, and other events, collaborating in the arrangement and distribution processes.
• Participate in supply control to maintain inventory levels and minimize waste.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in bakery or pastry preparation.
• Minimum 1 year of experience within the Hospitality & Tourism Industry.
• Any tertiary-level education or qualification related to Bakery or Culinary Arts is an asset.
