Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Back Office Support Specialists to join our dynamic Quality and Compliance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key back-office operations, including complaint investigations, credit bureau reporting, and resolution support for bankruptcy and fraud notifications. This position plays a critical role in ensuring compliance, customer satisfaction, and efficient resolution of consumer-related inquiries and disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Complaints Investigation:
    • Investigate consumer-related complaints submitted against the client.
    • Manage the intake and research of written and verbal complaints.
    • Monitor and assist in the daily complaint handling process to ensure an optimal consumer experience.
  2. Credit Bureau Reporting:
    • Research and resolve consumer-initiated inquiries and disputes received via e-Oscar.
    • Utilize provided resources and tools to take appropriate actions based on investigation results.
  3. Resolutions Support:
    • Provide back-office support for handling bankruptcy and fraud notifications.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolutions

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience performing quality assurance in a call center environment preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience in complaint handling, credit bureau reporting, or resolutions support preferred, but not required.
  • At least 5 CXC or GCE subjects, inclusive of English and Math
  • Exceptional listening and analytical skills.
  • Strong written communication skills. Excellent grammar, spelling and sentence construction
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with agents, internal departments, and management
  • Professional demeanor, dependable, and able to maintain confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs required
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented 
  • Ability to work independently
