The B2B Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging the US market to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, and drive sales growth for the company.

The B2B Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging the US market to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, and drive sales growth for the company. The incumbent will need to have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the sales process, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

       Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calling activities to connect with prospects and introduce our services and solutions.
  • After speaking with prospects, conduct a preliminary qualification assessment to determine their suitability before scheduling appointments with the business development team.
  • Conduct targeted research to learn about prospects' operations, identify decision-makers, and find alternate contact details and additional information.
  • Initiate the sales process by identifying customer’s needs to provide a solution and make initial presentations.
  • Bypass gatekeepers to secure direct access to key decision-makers.
  • Coordinate appointments between prospects and the business development team using Microsoft Outlook. Ensure appointments are scheduled with key decision-makers and according to the appropriate time zone.
  • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to identify and pursue potential B2B US clients.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships within the industry.
  • Actively build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, fostering trust and confidence in our company's offerings.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, conversion rates, and overall progress to the management team.


       Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of B2B US sales experience.
  • Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate one-on-one meetings or presentations.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Resilient, persistent, and self-motivated - capable of maintaining drive and focus despite setbacks.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
  • Customer service-oriented with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Great negotiation and persuasion techniques.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
  • Proficiency in scheduling appointments across various time zones Proven experience in lead generation and prospecting.
  • Formal training in sales and negotiation will be an asset.
