What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Cold Calls that Convert: With 50-100 outbound leads daily, your mission is to connect, engage, and close deals like a pro.
  • Sell with Purpose: Match clients’ needs with our fire safety items and services, upselling where opportunities arise.
  • Maximize Your Tools: Leverage cutting-edge CRM and sales software to track, manage, and close leads.
  • Crush Your Goals: Aim for a 30-40% conversion rate by mastering consultative selling.
  • All-In Support: Paid training, dynamic scripts, and ongoing coaching to help you succeed.

Note: This is an in-office role located in Mandeville. Remote work is not available.

What You Bring to the Table:

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary ranging from $1M - $2.6M JMD/year (negotiable for exceptional qualifications).
  • Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM at our Mandeville office.
  • Unlimited earning potential through uncapped commissions – the more you sell, the more you earn!
