Automotive Technician 3

The Automotive Technician 3 is the most senior technical position in the technical grade of the service department. This individual is considered sufficiently skilled to perform with a high level of proficiency without supervision.

• Produce high quality work in a fast-paced environment I accordance with the company/industry standards
• Be motivated to achieve productivity targets
• Be a team leader and role model for apprentices and lower level technicians in the workshop.
• Oversee and guide the work of apprentices and lower level technicians in the workshop.
• Participate diligently in  internal / external training to acquire additional knowledge and certification
• Be literate and able to comprehend and communicate information efficiently
• Operate vehicles in compliance with National Road Safety Regulations and company policy.
