Automatization Supervisor

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

▪       Verify the cleanliness and mainatin order of the work area.

▪       Verify the operation of the work team assigned to your service.

▪       Verify pending from the previous shift to follow up.

▪       Participate in the departmental briefing, where it corresponds to be.

▪       Know all the services and schedules of the different events that the hotel has.

▪       Carefully review the entire system from the PC to detect possible faults in the installations or control devices of the Robot and the Alarm Center.

▪       Repair all faults detected in the automation system of the Robot and the Alarm centre.

▪       Control stock of spare parts.

▪       Responsible for the sprinkler system.

▪       Pick up and order the necessary material to carry out the repairs.

▪       Control all schedules according to the energy saving program.

▪       Provide preventive maintenance to control systems.

▪       Support in jobs where specialization in automation systems is required control, signalling, lighting and audio.

▪       He is responsible for taking care of his equipment, material and/or tools to carry out his work.

▪       Complies with industrial safety regulations according to the activities that perform, as well as the correct use of personal protective equipment .

▪       Fulfil all duties and responsibilities of their position in relation the Food Security and Water Security Program (SASH).

▪       Fulfil all duties and responsibilities of their position in relation to the Environmental and Social Sustainability Program.

▪       Participate actively in the programs established in the hotel.
