Auto Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy-Duty Auto Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of heavy vehicles and equipment, including trucks, buses, construction equipment, and diesel-powered machinery

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on heavy-duty trucks, trailers, diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, hydraulics, and electrical systems.

• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment safety and reliability.

• Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify mechanical issues efficiently.

• Complete work orders and maintenance records accurately and in a timely manner.

• Adhere to company safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines during all repair processes.

• Collaborate with other technicians, service writers, and parts departments to ensure effective workflow.

• Stay updated on the latest technologies and repair techniques through training and certification programs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum [3] years of experience as a heavy-duty mechanic.

• Strong understanding of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, air brakes, suspension, and steering systems.

• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair software.

• Ability to lift heavy components and work in physically demanding environments.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
