KPMG in Caricom seeks to identify a dynamic individual to join our firm as an Audit Learning & Development Assistant Manager.

We are looking for an Audit Learning & Development Assistant Manager. This will involve a wide range of responsibilities and provide opportunities to engage with professionals and enhancing your global network and fostering valuable international relationships.
Job Responsibilities
•Delivery and facilitation of training courses, mainly mandatory audit training curriculum as well as interpersonal, business development and leadership skills courses based on the needs of the business.
•Support the Audit business practice with training solutions as well as manage relevant key stakeholder relationships within the Audit business practice. Training solutions should enhance a high-performance culture, leadership and improve productivity and efficiency by increasing technical and soft skills knowledge through developing, designing and maintaining Audit training courses.
•Project manage selected Learning and Development courses involving design and development of material as well as collaboration with the other region leads.
•Alignment to ISQM1 requirements and operation of various SOQM controls for the Caricom region
•Ensure compliance with L&D SoQM through the operation of region controls
•Establish and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders
•Champion training at all levels and foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
•Facilitation of training courses, both technical and interpersonal, business development and leadership skills
•Develop detailed training plans for assigned courses and implement these plans through the deployment of training in the time frames determined

•Technical competency (Accounting and audit)
•A passion for learning
•Facilitation skills and audience engagement
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
•Team leadership skill, ability and experience including mentoring of junior team members
•High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.
•Excellent documentation and report writing ability
•Self-starter and ability to work efficiently and effectively in a virtual environment
•Creativity and innovation, with a problem-solving mindset
•Strong analytical, organizational and detail-orientated abilities
•Good relationship management and experience interacting with various profiles and levels
•Qualified accountant / auditor
•Proficiency in KAEG and Clara
•Facilitation experience
•Project management
•Learning management systems experience (specifically success factors) is an advantage
•Technology savvy
Compensation and benefits are very competitive and will be commensurate with experience.
