Are you an accomplished Attorney-at-Law with a passion for advocacy and a track record of impactful leadership? Our client, a law firm in Kingston, needs you to become a pivotal part of their dynamic legal team.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court or before government agencies;

• Prepare pleadings, attend mediations, arbitration and trials as necessary in assigned venues;

• Negotiate settlements for legal disputes; and

• Gather evidence, conduct legal research and manage deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Law and Legal Education Certificate

• 3-5 years post-qualification experience, preferably in litigation

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Negotiation skills

• Attention to Detail
