Asst. Club Manager (Asst. General Manager)

This is a Senior Management position within the PriceSmart organization responsible for assisting the Club Manager in the management of key high volume departments at our Warehouse Club

• Ensuring consistently high standards in the general operation of the business including Inventory Audit, Security, Sales Audit, Legal, Financial Reporting, Information Technology, Vault/Cash control, Cashiers, Member Service, Membership and Marketing programmes
• Monitors inventory through various reports such as Zero Sales Reports, Salvage, Donations and Destruction, etc. as well as analyzing the resutls of daily and weekly sales of the Club
• Strategic Management of the operations with specific focus on reducing expenses without compromising standards
• Managing the process of Profit and Loss (P&L) while monitoring the Club's monthly controllable expenditures
• Ensuring that corporate assets such as merchandise, facilty and cash are protected
• The efficient administration of department budget while supporting the increase of sales and profits in the Club
• Ensuring compliance with procedures regarding the opening and closing of the Club
• Performing "Duty Manager" functions as required
