Company Description

The Talent Attraction Associate Manager contributes to managing processes that facilitate our recruitment marketing efforts. This individual is responsible for implementing and executing strategies to attract and engage top-tier talent through compelling content
aimed at key audiences, ensuring that Sutherland Global remains competitive and stands out in the talent marketplace.


This position ensures that all interactions with our candidate network provide a memorable experience while maintaining Sutherland’s
brand voice and message across all digital channels for recruitment purposes and brand awareness. The role also involves streamlining
and adapting the regional talent attraction strategy to align with our local talent attraction efforts as needed.

Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract top talent through engaging content and targeted campaigns on our social media.
  • Ensure our social media content is consistently fresh and engaging by keeping content grids updated, publishing on schedule, and monitoring real-time activity to swiftly respond to emerging trends and interactions. (Requires team cross-collaboration with other disciplines).
  • Create, develop, and manage appealing content tailored to attract top talent and enhance brand awareness. (Requires team cross-collaboration with other disciplines).
  • Develop and execute talent attraction strategies to identify and engage high-quality candidates and align applicant flows with hiring demands.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to assess the effectiveness of Marketing Recruitment campaigns and make necessary adjustments.
  • Contribute to the creation, management, and optimization of recruitment marketing materials, including job postings, social media content and its community management, and promotional materials.
  • Maintain, feed, manage and execute a calendar of events to ensure brand activations keep key audiences engaged.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to keep Sutherland Global competitive in the talent marketplace.
  • Position the Sutherland’s Employee Referral program as a main sourcing channel through different channels and activations.
  • Collaborate across teams to contribute and manage content calendar
  • Leverage EVP and Personas to target the right talent for our roles and speak to their motivations.
  • Support networking and recruitment events and showcase through the country social media channels. (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Mailing).
  • Capture all insights and critical information from social media, reporting all possible impacts on the organization.
  • Report on brand sentiment and escalate negative cases as needed.
  • Report on social media ad campaigns performance.
  • Support other marketing activities, including design and event planning-logistics.

Associate Managers of Talent Attraction in this role get to:

 

Support recruiting and hiring efforts to ensure a positive and smooth experience for candidates and / or new hires.

  • Build the company: Identify and recruit the best-fit personnel to help drive the team and company to higher levels.
  • Strengthen relationships: Establish and maintain communication with outside resources to help build a network for sourcing qualified applicants.
  • Support the team: Facilitate the completion of interviews, hiring events, drug tests, background checks and other pre-employment requirements.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
  2. Experience within the BPO space
  3. Strong experience in digital marketing / online channel management leads generation and conversion
  4. Experience in advertising, creative management, content creation and Content Marketing.
  5. Media buying and paid digital advertisement experience
  6. Community management experience
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. – Nice to have
  9. Experience and skills in social media, media relations, media training, and strategic messaging - Must have
  10. Graphic design abilities – Nice to have.
