Our client is looking for an Associate, HR Operations to assist in managing and coordinating the Company's HR business line.
The Associate, HR Operations plays a key role in managing and coordinating the company’s human resource service line while ensuring seamless client relationship management, service execution, and operational efficiency. The role requires close collaboration with internal and external Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to oversee the provision of recruitment, payroll, human resource and industrial relations services as well as accounting and marketing support functions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts within the HR service line.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
Conduct regular client meetings to understand business goals, pain points, and HR needs.
Track and monitor service delivery progress, KPIs, and SLAs to ensure alignment with client needs and objectives.
Work closely with SMEs and internal teams to provide proactive recommendations and HR solutions.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, compliance frameworks, and performance management initiatives.
Manage and coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding support.
Work with industrial relations (IR) specialists to assist in handling grievances, disciplinary matters, and labor law compliance.
Stay updated on HR best practices, labor laws, and workforce trends to provide strategic recommendations.
Create and issue accurate client invoices using the Xero accounting system.
Track accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding payments, and maintain client payment records.
Update payment statuses in Xero accounting system and prepare monthly receivables reports.
Participate in receivables management meetings and contribute to strategies for improving collection efficiency.
Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns for HR services.
Create and manage content for promotional materials, email campaigns, and social media.
Assist in organizing webinars, client workshops, and HR-related training sessions.
Monitor marketing campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
Assist in project planning and execution, ensuring that HR service line objectives are achieved in a timely manner.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to optimize service delivery.
Develop and present detailed reports on service performance, financial metrics, and marketing outcomes.
Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with local and international labor and payroll related laws.
Stay updated on emerging HR technologies, recruitment trends, and regulatory changes.
Provide recommendations for service line enhancements, new HR solutions, and strategic initiatives.
Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in business operations, human resources, recruitment, or marketing.
Client-facing experience with a proven ability to manage multiple accounts.
Knowledge of HR software such as Zoho People and accounting software such as Xero will be considered an asset.
Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Canva, HubSpot, and/or Mailchimp will be considered an asset.

This position offers a competitive compensation package, combining a fixed salary with a performance-based commission structure.
Base Salary: $9,000 per month
Coordination Commission: 2.4% of the total monthly revenue generated from the HR service line, paid monthly.
