JOB OVERVIEW:

The Associate Director of Sales will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and enhancing our hotel’s brand presence. This role requires a strong leader with excellent analytical and communication skills to lead a team, manage campaigns, and build lasting client relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing strategies tailored to the hotel’s unique offerings and target markets.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales and marketing team.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and target audience.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze results to refine strategies and drive improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer service, to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present reports on sales and marketing performance.
  • Host Familiarization trips and site experiences
  • Conduct in-market travel.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficient in hotel sales and marketing software, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
