Responsibilities
- Conduct Legal Research and Analysis of Legal Issues
- Prepare and Draft Pleadings, Legal Opinions, Contracts and Memos (with minimum supervision)
- Manage Deadlines and Client Communications
- Provide Legal Support to Senior Attorneys
- Contribute to the Firm’s Business Development Initiatives
- Requires relocation to Antigua and Barbuda
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Laws and Legal Education Certificate
- 3-5 Years PQE in Litigation, Corporate and Probate
- Eligibility to Practise Law in Antigua and Barbuda
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Strong Academics and Proven Work Ethic
- Ability to Multi-task and Maintain Optimal Time Management
