We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Associate with experience in Accounts Receivable to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing incoming payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Processing and reconciling accounts receivable transactions
• Managing customer invoices and payment collections
• Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions
• Collaborating with the finance team to resolve discrepancies
• Providing excellent customer service to clients

Qualifications:

• 3+ years’ professional experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar role
• Experience specifically in processing and reconciling accounts receivable transactions and managing customer invoices
• Experience with high volume processing
• ACCA Qualification or Degree in Accounting or Finance is ideal
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Highly articulate with excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Legal authorization to work in Trinidad and Tobago
