Assistant Warehouse Manager

The Assistant Warehouse Manager will be responsible for supporting the overall management of the Warehouse, including staff, training and an efficient inventory system. The candidate will liaison with our contractors to ensure that their demands are met.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

To support the management of the staff of the warehouse.

Responsible for training and approving company Lift truck operators

To keep proper records of all stock inventory of the warehouse from Raw materials to finished goods.

To monitor all forms of warehouse recievals coming into stock and out to production.

To monitor all finish product moving out of warhouse stock to delivery.

To carry out monthly stock count excercise with the logistics and accounts department.

To do weekly stock reconciliation.

To handle the ordering up of input materials for production.

To work closely with the logistics department to arrange for goods to be sent out and the utilizing of warehouse staff on trucks.

Other duties

· Perform any other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Qualification:

• Associate's degree in Logisitcs, Warehouse Administration or similar certification.

• Forklift Operator Certification

• Five (5) CSEC Subjects (Mathematics included)
