About the Role:

Join JN Fund Managers Limited, a subsidiary of the globally respected JN Group. We are seeking a proactive Assistant Manager of IT to support the IT Manager in overseeing our computer and telephony systems, ensuring seamless operations, and driving IT innovations. You will lead initiatives to improve efficiency, mitigate risks, and provide valuable technical support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop advanced SQL reports and management dashboards for organizational KPIs.
• Automate processes to enhance efficiency across departments.
• Resolve hardware/software issues and liaise with third-party vendors to meet SLAs.
• Collaborate with Group IT to align service delivery with business needs.
• Manage system updates, upgrades, and IT projects.
• Recommend strategic IT goals and implement operational controls to mitigate risks.
• Ensure IT policies are enforced to meet organizational standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: BSc in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven IT experience.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Advanced SQL and report development.
• Familiarity with Python, .Net, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attributes:
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communicator with leadership and team motivation capabilities.
