Key Responsibilities will include:

Data Collection and Management

• Collect and organize data from various sources, including member databases, fitness equipment, and transaction records.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.

Data Analysis

• Analyze member behavior, attendance patterns, and engagement to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Evaluate the performance of fitness equipment, assessing usage patterns and maintenance needs.

Business Reporting

• Generate regular reports for management, summarizing key metrics and performance indicators.
• Provide insights into membership trends, class popularity, and revenue generation.

Marketing Effectiveness

• Assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by analyzing conversion rates, member acquisition costs, and return on investment.
• Provide recommendations for optimizing marketing strategies based on data findings.

Equipment Maintenance and Utilization

• Monitor and analyze the performance of gym equipment to identify maintenance needs and usage patterns.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to optimize equipment availability and minimize downtime.

Predictive Modeling

• Develop predictive models to forecast member attendance, equipment usage, and revenue trends.
• Provide actionable insights to help management make informed decisions.

Requirements and Skills

 Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a fitness or health-related industry.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Python, or others.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to convey data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of gym operations and the fitness industry is a plus.
