Adlinc is excited to support our client, a leader in B2B pipeline generation, by hiring talented Appointment Setter - Tech Sales to join their dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals with experience in B2B business development, particularly within the technology space, who are goal-driven, client-focused, and motivated to succeed.

 

What You'll Do
As an Appointment Setter - Tech Sales, you’ll be at the forefront of driving client success by generating Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and managing the logistics of high-quality meetings. Your work will directly contribute to building robust sales pipelines and creating growth opportunities.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and qualify prospects to identify those that meet the client’s ideal customer profile.
  • Conduct email and phone outreach, set appointments, and ensure meeting completion.
  • Manage outbound efforts, including event invitations and prospect follow-ups.
  • Build relationships through strong communication and trust-building techniques.

 

What Success Looks Like
This role is all about effort, strategy, and skill. Your ability to connect with prospects, pitch effectively, and overcome objections will determine your success.

 

Performance Metrics:

  • Dials per day/week: 200/day = 1,000/week
  • Pitches per day/week: 6-7/day = 33-35/week
  • SQLs per week (based on close rates):
    • 10% CR = 3-4 SQLs/week
    • 20% CR = 6-7 SQLs/week
    • 30% CR = 10-11 SQLs/week
    • 35% CR = 12-13 SQLs/week

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in B2B appointment-setting roles.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise software/SaaS sales.
  • Confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from frontline staff to C-suite executives.
  • Previous experience in a BPO or Call Center Environment would be an asset.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
  • Ability to handle cold calling and overcome objections.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet goals.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
