The Aircraft Load Agent plays a crucial role in coordinating and overseeing the loading and unloading of aircraft within the International Operations Control Center (IOCC) environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Load Planning: Collaborate with flight dispatchers and ground operations to develop optimal loading plans for each flight, considering factors such as weight distribution, fuel requirements, and cargo specifications.
2. Documentation: Prepare and review necessary documentation related to cargo, baggage, and fuel loads, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
3. Coordination: Coordinate with ground handling personnel, ramp agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely aircraft turnaround times.
4. Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures during the loading and unloading process, including the securement of cargo and baggage.
5. Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with flight crews, ground operations, and IOCC staff to provide updates on loading progress and address any issues or concerns.
6. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve loading-related issues or discrepancies promptly to minimize operational disruptions and ensure on-time departures.
7. Equipment Operation: Operate specialized equipment such as loading ramps, conveyors, and forklifts safely and efficiently as needed.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in aviation, logistics, or a related field preferred.
