After Sales Manager

About the Role

As our After Sales Manager, you will oversee and manage all after-sales service operations, ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction, efficient servicing and installations, timely resolution of complaints, and effective management of warranty claims. This role plays a vital part in building long-term customer relationships and reinforcing our commitment to quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the after-sales service team (technicians, admin support, customer service).
  • Oversee service scheduling, technician dispatch, and workflow tracking in SAP.
  • Ensure swift resolution of service-related customer complaints and requests.
  • Manage warranty and repair claims with suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Coordinate with the Warehouse and Spare Parts teams to ensure parts availability.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Communications departments to ensure seamless after-sales support.
  • Monitor service trends, implement process improvements, and ensure AEO compliance.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in after-sales service management, preferably in air-conditioning or appliance servicing.
  • Strong technical knowledge of our product lines.
  • Proven experience in team leadership and customer satisfaction improvement.
  • Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is an asset.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
