JOB DESCRIPTION/SPECIFICATION

 

POSITION: Administrative Coordinator 

JOB PURPOSE

This administrative coordinator position assists the pharmacist and cashiers in doing administrative tasks and to act as a relief for cashiers. 

KEY Outputs

  • Assist in stock and inventory levels
  • Organizes and keeps track of documents and records
  • Responds to inquiries from internal and external parties
  • Handles regular administrative duties
  • Assists in communication and coordination between departments and external parties.

  KEY COMPETENCES

  • Knowledge of basic accounting
  • Pleasant personality
  • Communicates well
  • People skills

 Minimum Requirements:

  • A secondary school education
  • Certification in any accounting-related discipline would be an asset
  • Must be flexible
  • Basic computer skills would be an asset
