The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and secretarial services to the Branch in a professional and confidential environment.
Job Description/Responsibilities
-Prepare documents and reports and to effectively manage the filing of general correspondence and employee records.
-Assist with the recruitment process, scheduling interviews and pre-employment processes, and the completion of various forms for submission to the H.R. Department.
-Assist in executing the company's marketing strategies to target new customers, communicating with prospective customers regarding services required.
- Complete Performance Appraisals for employees supervised as required
-Ensure the timely procurement of cleaning supplies and grocery items
-Manage the Petty Cash Float
-Perform any other duty assigned within the scope of the position.
Job Requirements
-Must possess good interpersonal and data entry skills
-Possess the ability to be meticulous and pay close attention to detail
-Expresses ideas and thoughts clearly -Meets job goals/job objectives within required time frame
-Quickly adapt to changes in work environment, manages competing demands well
-Proficiency in the use of MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point
-A minimum of five [5] CXC subjects including English Language and Mathematics/Account
-A minimum of four [4] years' experience in a similar position
