The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist would be responsible for providing administrative support and contributing to the smooth and effective operation of the office on a daily basis.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Calendar Management-Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments and other engagements.
  • Prepare correspondence to emails.
  • Answering and routing phone calls to the appropriate persons.
  • Maintenance and organization of a filing system.
  • Communicate effectively & politely with clients and other stakeholders of the Company.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills with a good command of the English Language.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative capacity.
  • Ability to build relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • An Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Management or a related field from an accredited institution would be an asset.
