Administrative Assistant

Entry Level position

Working hours: 8:30am to 5PM (2 Saturdays for back room functions and training)

Dress code: Smart business

Job description:

-Answers & makes calls and schedule meetings

-Preparing showroom for customers visit

-Carries out administrative duties, filing, quotes , proformas, invoices, sending emails

-Being able to use Microsoft office

-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

 

Qualifications:

-Reporting skills

-Following instructions

-Writing skills

-Verbal communication

-Problem solving

-Analyzing information

 

Experience Requirements

-3 years administrative assistant experience

 

Resides in the Diego Martin area.

Working hours: 8:30 to 5pm

Mon to Fri plus 2 saturdays
