Our client in the Agricultural sector is seeking an Administrative Assistant to manage office tasks, provide support to the director, and handle communications.

Administrative Assistant - Agricultural Sector

Location: Chaguanas

Sector: Agricultural

Monthly Salary: TT $5,000

Qualifications and Required Skills:

  • A minimum of five (5) CXC/O'Level passes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Must exhibit a high level of professionalism
  • An understanding of agricultural practices would be an asset
  • Must possess a valid T&T driver’s license and have access to a reliable vehicle

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Handle general office management tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
  • Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and greet visitors in a professional manner
  • Provide administrative support to director
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed
  • Manage appointments and scheduling for meetings and events
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records and data
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
