Are you an aspiring Executive P.A.s, Compliance Officers, or Legal/Corporate Secretaries? If so, this position is for you.

Overview: Our client is a professional Trust and Corporate Services Provider based in Europe with expansion into the Caribbean markets to service their international clients. Due to growth, they are looking to add a member to the Barbados based team to provide administrative support to the Management team. This role is ideally suited to someone aspiring to become an Executive P.A, Compliance Officer or Legal/Corporate Secretary as their future career path.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Administering and managing the company’s portfolio of corporate and trust clients.
  • Onboarding new clients, including the review and preparation of application forms and due diligence documentation.
  •  Maintenance of client files.
  •    Drawing and preparing the requisite client solutions and ancillary documentation, as needed.
  • Scheduling and preparing agendas for board meetings, annual general meetings and other corporate meetings.
  •   Management and execution of office administrative functions.
  • Delivery & Collection of documents from regulatory bodies offices in Barbados. 
  •  Any other related or ancillary duties as required.

 

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or any relevant certification or experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and knowledge of virtual meeting applications such as Zoom, and Microsoft Teams
  • Excellent oral and communication skills
  • Excellent command of written English with copy accuracy and proofreading skills
  • Supportive team player
  • A growth mindset
  • Reliable transport will be an asset
  • Proactive work ethic is essential.
