**Job Overview:** 

The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be responsible for handling invoicing, tracking payments from insurance companies, and assisting with managing accounts that contribute to the monthly financial statements. The role also involves coordinating payroll activities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Generate, manage, and track invoices for company services.

- Follow up with insurance companies to ensure prompt payment.

- Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable.

- Assist in maintaining management accounts for monthly financial statement preparation.

- Collaborate with the accountant to provide accurate financial data.

- Assist with payroll processes and ensure timely disbursements.

- Maintain organized records and ensure adherence to company policies.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in accounts receivable or a similar accounting role.

- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).

- Basic understanding of financial statements and management accounts.

- Strong communication and follow-up skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
