Accounts Executive- Valve & Calibration

Lead the company’s business objective on the facility as it relates to delivery of a world-class, high-quality service that is safe and cost effective. 

Be primary liaison with the Client for issues associated with the Valve & Calibration activities, maintaining a proactive approach to problem solving to ensure the Client has confidence and trust in the work that is being carried out. 

Coordinates with the Site Teams to ensure successful delivery of work being carried out.  

Take the lead role in prospective E&I Valve & Calibration Jobs, including site visits, coordination with the Estimating and Projects & Operations Divisions at TOSL and liaising with Clients. 

Follow up with the Client on bids that have not yet materialized.  

Transfer won bids and tenders to the E&I Valve & Calibration execution team to ensure on-time delivery of Product/Service.  

Review method statements defining key steps of work, risks/ mitigations, key deliverables, resources and monitoring points.  

Actively assist in the selection of competent resources including Supervision, Project Controls and Craft personnel for Projects/ Solutions execution and delivery. 

Monitor project scopes, schedules and budgets, and initiateappropriate actions to ensure that project objectives are met, in conjunction with the Valve & Calibration Execution Team. 

Work closely with the Valve & Calibration Execution Team, according to the Project Plan, to review timeline/ schedule and constraints, identify cost-saving methods, assure and control quality, monitor resource utilization, etc.  

Participate in project progress review meetings to assure plans are in place to meet project objectives.  

Identify changes or variations to Scope of Works and coordinate the management of change on Projects- both commercially and via project controls.  

Seek new opportunities with Clients and follow up with the internal TOSL’s team to track and materialize. 

Assist in resolving payment issues between the Client and company when required.  

Plan monthly forecasts and annual budgets for assigned clients.  

Provide updates monthly to the Manager for inclusion in the overall Division’s forecasts/ budgets. 

Provide timely feedback of variation to monthly forecast proactively to the Manager. 

Comply with all QMS, QHSES and Competency Management Systems. 

Perform any other duties and/or complete any other work that is similar, related to or a logical assignment to the position. 

Diploma in Electrical Electronic Engineering Technician or an equivalent qualification. 

At least five (5) years of experience and proficiency in Electrical/ Instrumentation Maintenance.  

Experience working with Smart/ Intelligent Field Devices, Pressure, Level, Flow & Temperature Devices/ Mechanical & Control Valves, PSV’s/ PRV’s/ Vent Valves/ Pneumatic and Motorized Actuators/ Calibration of all related Instrumentation.
