• Monthly financial statements
• Bank reconciliations
• Inter-company reconciliations
• Monitor Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable
• Quarterly Corporation Tax Returns
• VAT returns 
• Fixed Assets Register 
• Preparation of financial statements for Audit 
• Maintenance of Loan Schedules 
• Monitor stock levels 
• Reconciliation of GL accounts 
• TD4s and TD4 summary 
• Ensure payment of all statutory deductions and utilities
• Analysing balance sheets and general ledger accounts
• Preparing and completing special reports
• Correct errors/ adjusting journal entries
• Securing confidential financial information by completing database backups
• Following policies and procedures; complying with financial legal requirements
• Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE     

• CAT 111/ ACCA1
• Minimum of two (2) years prior experience in a similar position
• Practical working knowledge in the preparation, analysis and interpretation of Financial Accounts.
• Or
• An equivalent combination of relevant education / qualifications / training / experience.
• Must be able to use Peachtree Accounting Software
• Able and willing to work in a factory / warehouse setting

• Advance efficiency in Excel, Word
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work on complex and highly varied documents and tasks
• Sound knowledge of Journal Entry, Variance Reports and Data Analysis
