Job brief
The Accounts Clerk reports directly to the Accounts Executive and supports various accounting functions such as accounts receivable, accounts payable and reconciliations, verifying receipts and preparing and maintaining records among other job obligations.
Responsibilities
10. Provide information to supervisors, co-workers and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail or in person
11. Maintain accounting databases by entering data into the computer; processing backups
12. Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize organize and accomplish your work
13. Maintain accounting records by making copies; filing documents
14. Meet departmental KPIs as outlined
