The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accounting support by managing AR transactions, invoicing, and collections, ensure timely reporting, compliance, and collaboration to maintain client satisfaction and financial accuracy.

Salary: $10,000 per month

Qualifications and Required Skills

• Actively pursuing ACCA (minimum Level 2) or equivalent certification
• Minimum three (3) years of professional accounting experience inclusive of receivables and payroll experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Arriba, spreadsheets, and accounting software
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience in the oil, gas, logistics, or marine industries would be an asset

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage all accounts receivable (AR) functions, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations
• Prepare and dispatch invoices in line with monthly KPIs
• Maintain registers for vessel activity and operations
• Reconcile inter-company AR accounts and provide revenue reports for cash flow forecasting
• Assist with budgeting, variance analysis, and monthly KPI reporting
• Recommend process improvements and ensure compliance with company values and HSE standards
