Requirements:

• Government issued ID (Passport, Driver’s License or Voter's ID card)
• NIS
• TRN
• Birth Certificate
• Proof of Qualifications (High School Certificate, three (3) or more CXCs including English or Heart Level 2 or above certificate)
• Typing Speed Requirement 20WPM
• Assesses calls to provide service immediately, be transferred, or require follow-up for client resolution.
• Identifies customer needs by referring to case notes and examining each as a specific case.
• Provides customers with information that is specialized and communicated in a warm empathetic manner.
• Collections Experience in the BPO industry
