Support the Finance department through the preparation of various financial records and the monitoring of various financials in the Company.

Job Summary:

• Support the Finance department through the preparation of various financial records and the monitoring of various financials in the Company.

Job Description:

• Prepare bank reconciliations.
• Verify the accuracy and approval of payment vouchers.
• Reconcile inter-company balances and follow-up discrepancies.
• Prepare VAT returns on a timely basis.
• Data entry of vendor and supplier bills.
• Follow up on overdue accounts receivables.
• Prepare journals to reconcile clearing accounts of all branches on a monthly basis.
• Apply foreign creditors’ payments to related invoices.
• Check inventory adjustment edit list.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors and assist with coordination of audits.
• Processing financial transactions to ensure the effective recording and tracking of revenues and expenditures.
• Take part in annual stock-taking exercise.
• Close off month end process.
• Comply with Group’s processes and policies as set out and stated in the ANSA McAL Blue Book.
• Any other duties which may be assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Pursuing ACCA level 1 or 2, or equivalent qualifications
• At least two (2) years’ experience in a retail/sales environment
• Interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Competent in ERP
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Customer Service Skills
• Attention to Detail
