Account Operations Coordinator

 

Job Summary:

The Account Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting our team in Financial, Administrative, and Operational core task across the value chain such as inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management and regulatory processes within the organization.

It is a growth-oriented role meaning that from this path the candidate is placed on a growth journey for later senior roles. It has a strong administrative component especially around routine documentation and administrative tasks. Attention to detail is critical.

 

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Duties:
    • Manage email correspondence and filing systems.
    • Assist with inventory monitoring and stock replenishment.
    • Filing and Documentation
    • Invoicing and Documentation
    • Receive and process incoming correspondences by suppliers and Governmental institutions and route to designated personnel
    • Act as a powerful catalyst for synergy across the administrative touchpoints that connect other areas of the business
  • Accounting Support:
    • Handle daily and weekly collections, sort receipts, and post them to the accounting system.
    • Process financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
    • Reconcile bank statements and assist with payroll and financial reporting.
  • Receivables Support:
    • Manage accounts receivable and collections, including invoicing and monitoring delinquent accounts.
    • Assist in creating billing statements and monitoring customer accounts.
  • Inbound Logistical Support:
    • Monitor shipments, manage transportation logistics, and coordinate with warehouses.
    • Ensure proper import documentation and liaise with customs and brokers.
  • Regulatory and Compliance:
    • Prepare and submit regulatory documentation and maintain communication with regulatory agencies.
    • Ensure adherence to local policies and regulatory guidelines.

 

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Accounting or ACCA 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency and understanding in accounting and financial recordkeeping.

This position is ideal for candidates who have experience in accounting and operations, are detail-oriented, and can work collaboratively across various functions to ensure smooth operations.
