Join our team as a JESS Account Management Officer, responsible for performing various operational tasks to support active client engagement teams. You will work closely with Client stakeholders to ensure compliance with mandated policies and procedures.
OVERVIEW:
KPMG Jamaica's delivery center, Jamaica Extended Support Services (JESS), provides back office support to KPMG United States. We are expanding our operations to support the Account Management process area.
JOB SUMMARY:
Join our team as a JESS Account Management Officer, responsible for performing various operational tasks to support active client engagement teams. You will work closely with Client stakeholders to ensure compliance with mandated policies and procedures.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Service Delivery
- Facilitate engagement resource background checks and track progress.
- Manage resources' information in the Vendor Management System (VMS).
- Create and format financial reports as requested.
- Submit and track invoices in VMS, reconcile AR reports, and resolve outstanding invoices.
- Maintain and manage documents for easy access and record keeping.
- Participate in internal peer reviews and quality audits.

- Hybrid work environment, that is, work from home in Jamaica on some days and in the physical KPMG JESS office on some days.
