The incumbent must possess excellent interpersonal skills, a keen eye for details and a deep appreciation for the consistent use of software and processes. Responsible for meeting annual sales targets via various initiatives.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

 

· Develop and execute sales plans to achieve annual sales targets and sales growth for new and existing customers

· Visit and / or Liaise with local and foreign customers to gather MRP information including end of month inventory levels by SKU and delivery requirements.

· Secure orders and projection plans by obtaining official Purchase Order or a signed Pro Forma along with artwork and job specification. Verify information on customers purchase orders and forward to relevant departments.

· Secure or renew service level agreements with particular customers according to conditions set up on contracts or other agreement documents to ensure that proper communication and customer satisfaction is achieved.

· Prepare quotations and submit to customers for approval. Once it is accepted by customer it is forward to Customer Service Representative designated to update price list into the system.

· Prepare Pre Press Service Request Form and Specification Sheet and Colour Copy of Art along with electronic file to facilitate production of new art by Design Team Department.

· Ensure that purchase orders and artwork are processed in an accurate and timely manner by liaising with relevant departments and submitting all relevant information and documentation in accordance to internal procedures.

· Gather, verify and submit to Pre-press Team, Specification Sheet, Pre-Press Service Request Form, reference to specifications (Job Ticket or Job Bag – artwork) in order to initiate the production activities.

· Receive and review final artwork from Pre-Press Department, when adjustments are required, and submit it to the customer for approval to be therefore forward to Planning and Pre-Press Department to initiate the production activities.

· Upon approval of jobs, prepare new Job Bags (for new jobs) or update existing Job Bags for any changes / modifications.

· Handle customer calls efficiently, proactively and courteously to ensure customer satisfaction and attend to specific customers as required.

· Retrieve Job Bags (for repeat jobs) verifying ID against Purchase Order.

· Follow up on outstanding orders and non-conformances ensuring delivery dates and corrective actions are taken in accordance with internal procedures.

· Build account relationship and establishes close partnership with customers by understanding their requests and keeping abreast of their changing issues in order to be able to fully satisfy their needs.

Consistent use and update CRM accurately in a timey manner for all applicable tasks to ensure timely report generation, internal customer updates and accurate.

Prepare and update documents and reports such as Customer Executive Meeting Report, Foreign Expense Report, Foreign Travel Plan, Sales Target Report, MRP Weekly Report, Customer Visit/Touch Plan as well as others internally required.

· Maintain communication with other relevant Departments to ensure targets and goals are achieved in accordance with plans.

· Attend to incoming visitors and conducts plant tours for customers providing a better understanding of organization’s processes, technology and products, aiming to increase sales rate.

· Provide sales updates to Directors - Sales and participates in weekly / monthly review of sales plans and targets

· Collect from customers and submits to Cost Estimator / Sales Planner end of month Stock Level Report, Customer monthly agenda / minutes report and Unplanned Customer MRP Listing by SKU which must be saved electronically on H Drive

· Co-ordinate all overseas travel plans including appointments, flights, tickets, accommodation and foreign currency according to internal procedures and policies for Department

· Responsible for executing all activities related to providing customer service according to internal procedures and customer service principles and practices.

· Compile list of prospective customers for use as Sales Leads.

· Make Presentations to customers on the Company Products and Services using the Group DVD and solicit feedback and get action and proposal submitted accordingly.

· Follow up on all Non- conformances and customer complaints to solve problems and complaints for your customers.

· Perform duties with adherence to the Company’s Safety and Quality procedures and practices.

· Ensure that good housekeeping practices are maintained at all times.

· Any other related duties as assigned by management.
