AIRPORT MANAGER
VACANCY NOTICE – AIRPORT MANAGER
DOMINICA AIR & SEA PORTS AUTHORITY
Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons for the position of Airport Manager at the Dominica Air and Sea Ports Authority (DASPA).
REQUIREMENTS:
(i) Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Administration, Finance, or other related field
(ii) A thorough knowledge of airport operations
(iii) Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a managerial position
(iv) Knowledge of Air Traffic Control operations would be an asset
(v) Strong oral and written communication skills
(vi) Mature individual who demonstrates a high level of integrity and discipline
CORE FUNCTIONS
The Airport Manager will have responsibility to plan, direct and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the airport, maintain and update information on International Civil Aviation Standards and regulations, and to provide such services as required to the travelling public, airline operators, and other stakeholders in the industry.
REMUNERATION AND CONDITIONS OF RECRUITMENT
An attractive remuneration package will be offered. The position will be contractual for two years in the first instance, subject to renewal based on performance.
