Caribbean Airlines is seeking to recruit suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of:

AI & BUSINESS SOLUTIONS ANALYST

 

JOB SUMMARY:

As the Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Business Solutions Analyst, you will report to the Manager - AI & Business Solutions and will assist in driving innovation and process improvements throughout Caribbean Airlines. You will support the design and execution of a framework for integrating AI within the organization.

 

KEY DELIVERABLES:

  1. Assist in identifying gaps and inefficiencies in current workflows/processes and continuously update process maps and leverage as tools for training, performance monitoring, and future process improvements.
  2. Participate in cross-functional teams in order to identify and implement process improvements, streamline workflows and eliminate redundant or unnecessary activities.
  3. Research AI trends with a view to making recommendations for the use of appropriate technology/AI tools which have the potential to significantly improve business processes, customer experiences, or operational efficiency.
  4. Support the implementation of AI solutions, from concept to deployment, so that these solutions are effectively integrated into business operations.
  5. Support change management efforts related to the adoption of new technologies (including AI), ensuring that employees are prepared for and supported through the transition to updated processes and tools.
  6. Assist in enforcing data governance policies to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of data used in technology-driven models and business solutions.
  7. Participate in in-depth analysis of business processes, operations, and performance metrics to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and areas of improvements.

 

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

You should possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or other appropriate field,  with  at least three (3) years’ experience in business process design and/or continuous improvement with experience in machine learning development OR an equivalent combination of qualifications and experience. To be successful in this role, you must also possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation; strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions; the ability to collaborate in cross functional teams, as well as demonstrated experience in managing large projects. Curiosity and sound research skills with a positive results orientation and a deep understanding of data science principles, including data quality, pre-processing, feature engineering, and model selection  are also required.
