3D Rendering & Event Designer

We are seeking a talented and innovative Event Designer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually compelling designs for event stages, layouts, and setups. The Event Designer will collaborate with clients, project managers, and technical teams to develop creative solutions that meet event objectives while ensuring technical feasibility and efficient execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative designs for event stages, layouts, and setups based on client requirements and project specifications.
• Produce detailed 2D and 3D renderings, sketches, and technical drawings using design software.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, brand guidelines, and event goals.
• Work closely with the production and technical teams to ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and achievable within the project scope.
• Revise and adapt designs based on feedback from clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and materials to inspire innovative design solutions.
• Create presentation materials to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and team members.
• Maintain an organized archive of design projects and resources for future reference.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in event design, stage design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar software.
• Strong knowledge of spatial design principles and event production processes.
• Exceptional creativity with the ability to translate abstract concepts into tangible designs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A degree or certification in event design, architecture, interior design, or a related field is preferred.
