The accountant is directly responsible for the day to day accounting operation. The operation supervisor oversees the day to day operationg in housekeeping, maintenance, Restaurant/BAr, Grounds, Pool.

Accountant

The accountant is directly responsible for the day to day accouting operation. 

The duties include: receivables, payables, income auditing, cashiering, payroll, GCT, financial report, cost control, inventory mgmt, purchasing.

Supervises: Accounting Clerk

Salary: $1.8 to $2.1 million

Operations Supervisor.

The operation supervisor oversees the day to day operation in several departments and therefore must be able to multi task well.

Oversee: Housekeeping, maintenance, F&B, Pool/Beach, Grounds

Salary: $1.3 to $1.6 million

Requirements:

1. Experience in the hotel industry 

2. Atleast 2 years experience in a similar capacity

3. Excellent time management skills

4. Excellent supervisory skills

5. Keen attention to detail

6. Able to work 5 - 6 days per week

7. Able to work long hours

8. Excellent communication skills

9. Able to think and act in a  positive manner

10. Able to work without close supervision
