• Assist in all areas of the company's Healthcare Equipment Division, including sales, marketing, installation, service and repairs
• Service Engineer is responsible for the delivery of the desired customer service at a high standard.
• Drives service success, improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention to increase overall profitability.

Responsibilities and Duties
• Provide service excellence and customer support during site visits and service calls.
• Conduct Preventative & Corrective Maintenance on Healthcare equipment.
• Manage installations, repairs and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose errors and technical problems to determine the proper solutions
• Produce timely and detailed service reports
• Document processes
• Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols
• Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
• Build positive relationships with customers

Qualification and Skills
• Associates or Bachelors in Electronics, biomedical or related Technical Fields.
• Ability to work in The Commonwealth of The Bahamas.
• Proven field service experience
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
• Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
• Familiarity with service tools and applications
