We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for all incoming customer inquiries, including phone calls, web inquiries, and chats. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely and set your own hours, making it ideal for those who want to gain valuable experience while managing other commitments.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls from customers and providing assistance or directing calls to the appropriate person/team member.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via web inquiries, emails, and chat platforms promptly and professionally.
  • Providing product/service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving customer complaints with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor Degree
