The Jamaican firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers, originated in the partnership of James Wood and Ralph Carman, who started an accounting and auditing practice at 4 Duke Street, Kingston, in 1916 under the name Wood & Carman.

Today the firm has offices in Kingston and Montego Bay, with approximately 250 employees including 14 Partners.
