The Warehouse and Inventory Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining accurate equipment inventory records, tracking and monitoring inventory levels, performing inventory audits, schedule and oversee employees in a warehouse environment.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse and Inventory Supervisor located in Kingston. The Warehouse and Inventory Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining accurate equipment inventory records, tracking and monitoring inventory levels, performing inventory audits, schedule and oversee employees in a warehouse environment.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Logistics, Inventory Management, Supply Chain Management or a related field
  • Knowledge of Production Equipment including Audio, Rigging, Staging, Lighting, Tents, and Screens.
  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse inventory control and management, preferably in an event production setting. 
  • Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated experience in data gathering and analysis related to inventory
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and software, as well as Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Experience scheduling and managing teams
  • Demonstrated experience in problem-solving and process improvement related to inventory management
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while performing tasks quickly and efficiently
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure
