Hinduja Global Solutions is seeking a passionate and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As the first point of contact for our client's customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers, assisting them with their banking needs, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a genuine desire to help others, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide courteous and efficient service to customers in-person, over the phone, and through digital channels.
  2. Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and issue resolution in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  3. Educate customers on our products and services, including account types, loans, and digital banking options.
  4. Identify opportunities to educate products and services based on customer needs.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and escalate complex issues as needed.
  6. Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information at all times.
  7. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and changes in banking practices.
  8. Contribute to a positive team environment by actively participating in meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities.
  9. Adhere to compliance standards and regulations to mitigate risks associated with banking operations.

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; a minimum of 3 CXCs, (English & Mathematics or Accounts mandatory).
  2. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
  5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
  7. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  8. Commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
  9. Integrity, professionalism, and a positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration.
