Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and academically accomplished individual to join our team as a Trainee Supervisor – Corporate lines. This role is perfect for someone who is looking to start their career in the insurance industry with opportunities for growth and development within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in supervising a team of insurance brokers, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Participate in training programs to gain comprehensive knowledge of property and casualty insurance products and services.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Analyze and interpret insurance policies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and provide tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs.
• Contribute to team meetings and provide input on process improvements and strategies.

Qualifications:

• An undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field with excellent academic credentials.
• Some supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of motivation and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
