             Telemarketing/Lead Generator Assistant (Recruitment & HR Services)

Overview: Our client is a service providor for Recruitment, HR Services and Payroll Outsourcing to clients across Barbados /Caribbean region. With ambitions to expand their customer base, they are seeking a well-organized pro-active candidate to assist with the business development process. Based in the Barbados office, the succesful candidate will earn a basic salary and attractive commision plan.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Collect and recording new leads and opportunities with Senior Managers (HR, General Managers, Business owners etc.) across Barbados, Trinidad and the wider Caribbean region.
  • identifying potential clients and encouraging them to engage with consutlants.
  • keeping up to date database.
  • Have initial conversations with potential prosects to find our demands
  • Booking times for consutlants to perfom follow up meetings.
  • Lead generators have a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to identify opportunities to improve performance.
  • Identify opportunites to promote services through promotional events such as trade shows, seminars, or speaking engagements.
  • Developing relationships with potential clients by building rapport with them over the phone or via email.
  • Coordinating with other departments within the company so that all leads are followed up on and dealt with appropriately.
  • Providing customer service to potential clients by answering questions about products and services offered by the company.
  • Identifying opportunities to generate leads through research, such as surveys or focus groups

    

 

Desired Experience/Qualifications:

  • Min 5 x CXC qualification
  • Previous working experience in a similar function.
  • Knowledge of Recruitment services/HR an asset but not essentail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organized.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Computer literate.
  • Proactive nature.
  • Track record of success
