Job description:

Primary objective of the job: 

The role will report to the department Head of Finance, working closely with teammates and colleagues from other teams to provide support on a wide range of tasks relating to technical & network finance.
 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

The role will cover a wide range of responsibilities to develop a rounded knowledge of the team’s function. These tasks will include:

• Review of capex request business cases
• Review of capex PO’s
• Review of capitalised overhead
• Calculation of monthly cash capex
• Maintain WIP account

Academic Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting, or any other related field
• Three - Four (3-4) years relevant working experience
• Professional Accounting Qualification
• Experience working in a fast-paced, flexible finance team (preferred)
• Experience owing a finance reporting process (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Excel in particular

• Liaise with market finance and technical teams to obtain relevant financial information which drives calculations
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation and willingness to learn (essential)
• Methodical and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
