We're looking for a self-starting professional who can jump in with both feet and support our recruiting plans, employing traditional and contemporary screening & interviewing strategies and resources as well as new virtual recruiting methods. A background in the BPO contact center industry is required.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Execute recruiting plans
  • Network through industry contacts, social media, and employees
  • Develop and track measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring process so that the processes are transparent and measurable
  • Set continuous improvement goals
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews
  • Administrative duties and recordkeeping

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • 2+ years' experience in recruiting & HR
  • Familiarity with industry best practices and standards
  • Ability to translate complex problems and concepts in training
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Skills in ATS, database management and record keeping
